An especially practical option for families, couples or groups who want to enjoy the city without relying on a car.



🌊 A perfect location to discover Málaga



One of the great attractions of the accommodation is its location. Huelin Beach is about 800 metres away, whilst Huelin Park is just 400 metres away, offering a pleasant environment for walking and enjoying the outdoors.



In addition, you will have supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. La Isla / Princesa-Huelin metro station is about 200 metres away, Málaga-María Zambrano is 650 metres away and the bus station is 750 metres away. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is approximately 8 km away.



🛏️ Three bedrooms to enjoy greater independence



The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV, a very comfortable layout so that each guest can enjoy their own space.



The first bedroom has a single bed of 90 cm, desk, Smart TV and private bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed of 135 cm, desk and Smart TV.



🚿 A particularly practical feature for groups and families is that the accommodation has 3 complete bathrooms with shower: one en suite and two others located in the hallway. This allows you to organise mornings and departures with much greater comfort.



❄️ Air conditioning and entertainment



In addition to air conditioning available in all three bedrooms, the living room also has air conditioning, providing a pleasant temperature during the warmer months. In total, the accommodation has 4 Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom.



🌐 It also has fibre internet connection, ideal for both entertainment and those who need to stay connected during their stay.



🍴 American-style kitchen for everyday use



The American-style kitchen with induction hob is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave with oven function, kettle, manual juicer, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, allowing you to comfortably prepare simple meals during your holiday.



For stays of several days, the apartment also has a washing machine, located in the hallway.



🐾 Travel with your pet too



Pets are welcome upon request, so you can check the conditions for enjoying Málaga accompanied by your four-legged companion.



📍 From the accommodation you can easily travel to both the beaches and the historic centre of Málaga. The proximity of the metro and María Zambrano station also makes it easy to discover other points of the Costa del Sol by public transport.



⚠️ IMPORTANT: The apartment is located on a second floor and the building does not have a lift, an aspect that should be taken into account especially if travelling with people with reduced mobility, small children or bulky luggage.



👶 The accommodation does not have a cot or high chair.
