Thanks for sharing your opinion. You were here for 5 nights. We did the weekly cleaning on your third day, and everything was perfect. On your fourth day, you told at reception you have found a little insect so we did the cleaning again and inmediatly. You did not tell anythig before and reception was open daily until 20h, and you also had 24h emergency phone. That was two cleanings in two days. Nothing was found either. Your check-out was next day in the morning and we did not knew anything else about this. New client entered this apartment, with no problem either.We are sorry but there is nothing to compensate, as you enjoyed your Deluxe apartment for the entire stay. We updated wifi conection in your floor, although it was working fine, so you could have more speed. You notices an electric issue with the bike at the gym and we inmeditaley solved it. Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous ressentons votre gêne, que vous auriez dû communiquer directement à notre réception, car nous ne savions pas que vous aviez un problème. L'appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour 4 personnes, et vous étiez 2. Nous avons estimé que ce n'était pas suffisant. Pour des raisons de licence et de sécurité, nous ne sommes pas autorisés à livrer tout type d'aliments / épices. Les cuisines sont privées et disposent de tout le nécessaire à l'usage des clients. Malgré nos places de parking complètes, nous leur avons proposé de les référer à un parking pour le même prix. Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas aimé cette idée. De plus, nous vous avons offert toutes les facilités pour l'entrée en vacances. Vous avez choisi d'utiliser l'accès automatique, qui a fonctionné sans problème, et vous disposiez d'un téléphone d'urgence 24 heures sur 24, que vous n'avez pas utilisé. par conséquent, nous en déduisons qu'il n'y a pas eu d'incidents. Agradecemos de hecho que valore las instalaciones, que son nuevas, y le recordamos que nos encontramos a 50 metros de Alameda principal, en pleno centro de Málaga.
