Albeniz Vacation Apartment in Malaga by Solaga Holiday Homes

Elegant apartment for 4 people located in one of Malaga’s main shopping streets, in the very heart of the historic district, right next to San Juan church.

With its high ceilings, tasteful decorations, and traditional Andalusian floor-to-ceiling French doors that lead to standing balconies with a small table and chairs that look over the vibrant street and the XVth-century temple, you could not ask for a better location.

The double bedroom features a comfortable double bed, wardrobes, TV, chair, and a workstation desk. There is an interior patio outside of the bedroom.

There is a also a large double sofa bed to make the stay comfortable for up to 4 people as well as a workstation desk and private wardrobe.

A modern bathroom with shower is located right off the bedroom.

A well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances will make your stay comfortable, including a microwave/oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Windows in the kitchen open onto the elegant interior patio of the building.

The bright living area features a large dining table, TV quality furnishings, and crockery.

From the two large balconies, you will enjoy stunning views of San Juan church. The apartment also features an interior patio with table and chairs as well as a workspace desk.

Central air-conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property.

great location

The flat was lovely - great location. It was a busy area, but very quiet in the bedroom. Everything we wanted to see was accessible by foot. The flat and entrance were smart and well maintained. The flat had all the facilities we needed. Although it had a washing machine and 2 coffee makers, there was no detergent or coffee pods - all machines are different, and we couldn't source the right kind, so just had coffee in cafes. This was slightly disappointing, but overall a great flat.

The most spaceous living I have ever enjoyed! There were no bath soap, shampoo, toiletries, etc. The major drawback about the property is parking. There is no on-site parking lot and you can not drive your car to the property either.

Perfect in every way

We cannot say enough about how perfect this apartment was for our stay in MĆ”laga. After 31 hours of flight delays, lost baggage and a lost rental car, Carlos from Solaga went out of his way and met us at 1am when we finally arrived. Even though it was so late he took his time explaining everything to us and made sure we were comfortable. The location of the flat cannot be beat. Walking distance from absolutely everything you’d want to see. Coffee, amazing food and markets within steps out the door but it’s a few blocks away from the main square so it is super quiet at night. When we finally got a rental car, the parking that Carlos arranged for us was incredibly convenient and safe. The apartment was clean, outfitted with everything we needed and Carlos and the Solaga team were available whenever we needed anything. They accommodated our preferred checkout time. Seriously, stay here. We won’t hesitate to stay again!! Muchas Gracias Carlos y Solaga!

Stunning Apartment

Exceptionally clean, well equipped, spacious apartment located right in the centre of old Malaga. Good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, together with local supermarket for milk, bread etc. Do visit the huge Market for fresh fruit, veg, meat and fish, it won’t disappoint. Easy access to buses, taxis and beach. Good silent air conditioning. Bedroom located at back so didn’t hear any noise at night. Good water pressure and easy to operate shower. Bathroom window opens onto patio area off bedroom which is open to the sky but without any view. However we did love sitting at the small bistro table on the balcony enjoying a glass or two and watching the people walk by beneath. Very easy communication with management company who met us upon arrival at apartment and collected the keys when we left. They also arranged a taxi pick up from the airport which cost €35 which dropped us just round the corner as apartment is in the pedestrian area. The apartment did have soap, washing up liquid and cloths whilst we were there but not sure whether they had been left by previous guests. I would just mention we found the bed to be very firm and the wi fi could drop out for a couple of minutes which was annoying but would we stay there again, YES most definitely we had a great time.

Everything was great

Nice little property in the city center. Great balcony with a bistro table amlnd a couple chairs. Didnt spend a whole lot of time in the apartment besides sleeping. Was exactly what i thought i was getting. The washer took some getting used to. I could never find the dryer functions (ikea combo) but the dryer rack worked fine.

Stylish apartment in the heart of the historic quarter.

The second floor apartment has been really well renovated and furnished by Ikea. Everything works well and is in good condition. The shower could be a bit hotter and the heating gets too hot in the bedroom but not warm enough in the lounge. There is an extractor outside the bedroom that comes on and off during the night. The 2 small balconies are great for having a drink on and people watching. All in all I would give the apartment 5 stars. It is in a great location, well equipped and furnished. The agents Solaga were very professional and friendly.

Top Quality Accommodation

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever had. Clean and modern but with just the right amount of old character, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location in the city center was very convenient and within minutes walk to Larios, the Cathedral and the marina. Yet, at least in December, it was ever so slightly off the beaten track to offer an authentic experience. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and the Central Market and a Carrefour Express are very close by.
