Family house in the Gers with garden, pool, and tennis court. An ideal place to get together with friends, family, or to celebrate an event such as a birthday or wedding. Cyclists are welcome and have access to a bike garage.
The house enjoys beautiful sunlight in summer and autumn and is located in Malabat, in the Arros plain, between St Sever de Rustan and Marciac, known for its jazz festival at the end of July and beginning of August.
The accommodation capacity is fourteen people (four bedrooms and sofa beds). A concierge service is available for your arrival and departure. Cleaning is included in a package, and bed linen and towels can be rented as an option for an extra fee.
The kitchen, living, and dining rooms have been recently renovated for this new season.
The pool is open from May to October depending on weather conditions.
The house is available for rent all year round, with central heating and a wood stove for winter.
