"Great hotel for families. The quality of the food is very good compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve visited, although the desserts could be improved. My daughter had a great time! It’s important to note that the hotel does not provide any service or setup on the beach. You’re basically limited to using the hotel pool, or you have to pay a high daily fee to rent sunbeds and similar amenities. The sun lounger situation is a nightmare. Many guests “reserve” them early by leaving their towels and then don’t return for hours, preventing others from using them. Unfortunately, this happens all over Europe, but this hotel does not take any action to enforce its no-reservation policy. That said, even considering these drawbacks, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives. We genuinely loved our stay and would definitely come back."
