"The property itself was amazing - so close to the beach, beautiful building, and pools/spa. Very nice and helpful staff. It wasn’t cheap but reflected the excellent location.
The reasons for a 4 star rating in a 5 star location was that we did have a super tiny room (1/2 the size of other rooms per the floor plan) and the spa area saunas were not working which we were looking forward to using.

"The location of the hotel was excellent. There were many families with small children. It felt like a Disneyland resort. Our room was clean. However, our power went out in the middle of the night and we had to shower with our flashlights from our phones. The front desk later noted that our room card was malfunctioning.
