Villa Goran is a villa built in Dalmatian style with a stone facade. The house has two separate bedrooms with double beds each, as well as a bedroom with a double bed on the 2nd floor. There are two bathrooms. In total, Villa Goran can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The villa has a large terrace with a private, heated swimming pool of 24m², as well as a pergola with a seating area and a grill. The living space is 210m² and all areas are air-conditioned. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 6-8 people, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as the exit to the terrace. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the terrace with a stunning sea view. On the 2nd floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living area with a sofa that can accommodate 2 more people. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The garden is designed with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palm trees, and the property is surrounded by cascading walls. Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs, up to 25kg). Parking spaces for several cars are reserved directly on the property.
