"This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. A graduation trip including myself, my husband, and our 3 teenage daughters. I highly recommend the Ezulwini River Lodge for a safari vacation. The staff was fabulous, food and accommodations were 5 star, and the safari drives and animal encounters were amazing. "I thought it would be better to move to the Radisson on New Year’s Eve. Wow, what a total mistake! Slow, confusing, and disorganized service. When I arrived, I was offered either a New Year’s Eve dinner or a reservation at the hotel restaurant. I chose the restaurant and asked them to book a safari for the next day, but I needed information because I would be leaving the hotel at 11 a.m.
After two hours past my reservation time, I still had to wait another 20 minutes just to get information....

"Exceptional service from all employees, especially Mr. Njabulo and Mr. Noel I highly recommend the hotel excellent activities, nor did we have time to enjoy them all, the only point that can improve is the possibility of a heated pool and a later check-out, 10 am is too early. "
