"This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. "We were so pleased to find a rental located in the quaint village of Corniglia. The place was clean and the terrace on the rooftop had breathtaking views of the coastline. We did not receive check in instructions until the day of arrival so we would have preferred communication in advance. The showers are quite small and there are steps to manage with your luggage but we managed without any difficulty. We were overall very pleased with the rental and would visit again."

"The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. "

"Our stay at Casa del Borgo was pleasant. We had good communication w/host as very responsive. We did not realize how remote the air b n b was, but it made for a private cozy getaway. Renata left great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. she even made dinner reservations for us! "Excellent instructions for easy check-in. First impression - "This place is beautiful". Looking over the main square and out to the sea, it is literally the center of the action --- but after 10:00 pm., you could hear only the surf, as a cat walks across the square. "We were traveling as a family with three young adults and two grandparents - and this was a fantastic find! The bus is a bit expensive (5 Euros per person/trip) but if you don’t have a car, well worth it. We had two cars and had to search for parking for the second, but I think we just missed that info. "Wir kamen ein wenig früher an und haben Demy angerufen. Sie war da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war besser als auf der HomePage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus, alles sehr sauber! Das einzige Manko, es gibt einige Hunde die am bellen sind."
