"I stayed at Hotel Pension Winzerhaus in Bacharach, Germany, for one night and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the lovely surroundings in Bacharach. "The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The food was excellent and there was a nice view from the restaurant and terrace you can enjoy a drink on. The accommodation was right on the Rheinsteg which was great for us as we were walking."

"Basically a three-story German home where each level was separated into bedroom/bathroom. Like any hotel, you can hear people coming up the stairs, talking, creaky floors, dated decor. Bed was not very comfortable, very springy. However, blankets and pillows were very nice! I mightve missed this, but check-in was at Zum Gruenen baum, which was across the street from the accomodation (another guess told me when I passed the place a few times). The airport train station is one so away off s8/s9...
