"I tried to cancel this via Expedia, Mariott, and even the hotel itself, and was not able to with a refund. Shame on you!!!! I will NEVER use Expedia again. And since I am in my first year of retirement, I would say this was a poor decision by your company to not give me a refund."

"The toilet in my room was not bolted down properly. The shower door was broke and I had to rig it so I could atleast jump in the shower quickly without it falling on me. I do appreciate the front staff for acknowledging that when I brought it to their attention on check out. "

"Pots and pans provided as well as cleaning supplies for those with in room kitchen amenities. A nice size outdoor patio in the back with a two sets of grills and tv areas. "

"First and foremost let’s start with Expedia. When booking a room Expedia give you the option to pay now or at the desk. So I ask to pay at desk when I arrived. I arrived to the hotel and they told me that the room was cancelled because they withdraw the money out and it didn’t go through. I told the clerk that I arranged to pay at the desk when not arrive but Expedia tried to withdraw before that. So I had to re-book at the hotel which cost me more money. "Very nice hotel and very nice neighborhood. Super clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. High quality amenities, including body lotion, very much appreciated, as well as laundry room self operated, very practical. Breakfast different every day and wonderful options. The staff is a chapter worth of mention, everybody so kind and attentive. First time in this Hilton brand and definitely now a favorite."
