"As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. "

"Lovely. The website/photos don't do it justice. Double bed was comfy and good set of pillows. It was near freezing when we arrived, but the room had been warmed nicely. There was a guide for places to eat, what to do and so forth. Breakfast was excellent, cooked really well and to order. One morning I was out during breakfast, but the left out cereal and other things like Yogurts, Pain au Chocolat etc. I would 100% recommend staying here, quiet too. "The host welcomed us with a quick tour around the house as soon as we arrived. It was a comfortable stay and we were made to feel like we were back home in our own house.
