"Hotel antigo quarto minúsculo extremamente quente sem ar condicionado , todos os dias tínhamos que pedir as toalhas e o gel/ shampo pois não reponham , o pequeno almoço só tinha pão de forma, muito pouca variedade e não reponham o que acabava, o hotel não tem condições para o valor que cobram não voltarei nem recomendo a ninguém, os funcionários pouco simpáticos ."

"The building is beautiful, filled with history. I booked a superior for the bath in the room. I was given a pleasant room in what I think is the original medieval part of the building but the bath was through a cool 'corridor' in the room. However, I spoke to the very assistive staff and they suggested a different room which I was absolutely delighted with! "I’m d highly recommended. I took my son for 2 nights & we had a twin room. Has so many positives for the price, it’s actually amazing value for money. My only negative is that the housekeeper mustn’t of looked inside the kettle because it wasn’t pleasant and needs replacing. But I just used the kitchen kettle for my morning coffees. "
