"Never I have I booked a hotel that doesn't have breakfast available, no staff even on duty until midday. We had to walk nearly 2 miles to a local shop just to buy breakfast things. Nowhere in any of the details of the hotel booking process does it say they dot serve breakfast. They even have a sign out the front saying 'bed and breakfast' they told me they stopped doing breakfast some time ago because they apparently didn't want to pay the extra wages. They should explicitly say there is no...

"The hotel boasts a pleasant location and a tranquil environment. The rooms are consistently well-maintained, with fresh linens provided regularly. The view from the hotel is remarkable. The staff members are noted for their friendliness and helpfulness. The cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant is excellent."

"Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff. We also enjoyed an evening meal. We stayed in an executive room in old part of inn. Wonky wooden flooring and 'old' furniture in keeping with property. The very large, stylish bathroom is fine but finish is fading and shower head, hose and taps need replacing or descaling. Would stay here again."

Communication was easy when Edward was outside working, but communication...

"Roseleigh Cottage is a lovely little house. It is ideally situated in central Cookham a stones throw from the Thames tow path and close to a range of pubs and other places to eat. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay as did our dog who appreciated the many walks thereabouts."

"Heavy rain caused a leak in the gents onto the floor which the staff seemed to ignore, just putting a yellow wet floor sign outside the toilet door. The floor was very slippy and dangerous. Should have had a mop and bucket there."
