"Room was clean and staff was very friendly … I liked the restaurant attached, the stay includes free breakfast each morning in the restaurant ..not you typical hotel breakfast buffet..very good …a little store or vending machines for drinks and snacks would be a nice addition and added benefit for guests . Overall we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to friends and family going to visit Niagara .."

"The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort."

"Não caiam na roubada desse Hotel!!! Atendimento pessimo, café da manhã Inexistente / HORRÍVEL!!!! Hotel não vale um décimo do que custa! Chuveiro horrível quase não cai água! Passei um frio imenso no banheiro grande , com um chão mega gelado e janelas grandes que deixam o frio passar … a arrumação do quarto tb não fazem … só arrumam a cama e torçam lixos … limpeza mesmo nada … nunca voltarei!"

"Não existe localização melhor, literalmente dentro do parque da cataratas onde se faz tudo a pé. Porém o serviço é terrível, pessoal muito despreparado e até grosseiro. E não foi um ou outro funcionário, foram todos. Não há local para guardar malas e ainda criticam você estar com elas antes do check in. Condições do hotel é só ok, mas já um pouco decadente. "

"Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. "

Not only were they responsive, but we were quite pleased when they purchased a brand new iron and ironing board as we had communicated the previous one was damaged and stained. I would definitely stay at this property again. "
