DISTRIBUTION:
Ground floor: Living room for 12 people, 1 bedroom and access to the garden.
Second floor: Kitchen, 1 toilet without shower, living room with fireplace for 3/4 people, dining room for 8-10 people, and TV room with sofa for 6 people.
Second floor: 3 bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom with bath.

The second floor is very bright. The ground floor has low natural lighting, and in rainy periods, it is more humid.

The house is perfect for 8-10 people, although there are beds for 12.

The living room on the second floor of the kitchen is for 8-10 people. In order to access the main living room, for 12 people, you have to go down some stairs to the ground floor.

The stairs of the first floor are somewhat steep due to the fact that they are old.

On one side the house overlooks the swimming pool and the garden, and on the other side a Romanesque church, an old cemetery and the small village.
