The exterior of the house, built in the typical Menorcan style, offers everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved rest. On its terrace you will find a private chlorine pool measuring 8.3x4m and with a depth of between 0.40 and 1.95m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next to it, there are sun loungers for sunbathing, parasols and a barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your family and friends. In addition, near the terrace there is a room with a fridge (no freezer) where you can store cool drinks. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the two-storey house is decorated in a rustic style. The ground floor consists of a living room with Smart TV and a dining room open to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare any kind of dishes. In addition, on this same floor you will find a double bedroom with fan and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, both with fan, and two bathrooms with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair. This country house is very close to Mahón, the capital of Menorca and the most cosmopolitan city of the island. We encourage you to visit its historic centre while discovering lots of magical places and unique buildings. If you feel like it, you can go to the Plaza de la Conquesta and enjoy its marvellous views of the port while you have a drink in one of its many bars. If you come to the port, we recommend you visit the castle of San Felipe and the medieval fortification of La Mola. Mahón is also the perfect place to visit restaurants and enjoy typical Menorcan gastronomy. If you fancy a swim in the crystal clear sea, Cala Rafalet is the perfect place for you. Pets up to 30 kgs are allowed on request. The house is supplied with solar energy from the solar panels outside. There is a Mennekes charging point for electric cars. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets up to 30.00 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
