"We totally loved the big, comfy living room and the huge backyard. The host had tons of board games and stuff to play with all over the place. Plus, there were loads of windows, so the place was always bright and sunny. We had a blast in this house!"

"Cozy, quite, relaxing cabin, well stocked, well decorated with quality furniture, very clean, relaxing creek right off the the back porch, few sightings of wildlife (large red-headed woodpecker and a few deer) and of course....the large firepit & charcoal grill, where family visited & ate for the day. Highly recommend. Will re-visit in the future."

"These townhouses/condos are quite old. Most of the roads leading into this area are in need of repair as is parking lot. House itself was just as advertised. Two big decks but plastic furniture has seen better days and it would have taken too long to clean them. King bed was very comfy. Queens - one was so lumpy you could see the difference from one side to the other. Fortunately, only one guest had to sleep in it. All appliances, tv's, etc, worked great. Internet was intermittent. "Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. "

"We had a wonderful stay for the weekend. We had 9 adults and 1 child under 18 and was the perfect house for everyone, exceeded our expectations. The chairs at the dock and the kayaks were a welcome activity for all. We had a slight hiccup that weekend but the owner was more than gracious! Highly recommend!"
