With the overall issues we had with this family vacation, I had to think this through before rating. What i will say upfront is that the owner was responsive to every contact that was made. Our first issue took half of a star-the main fridge was not cooling. The owner called and told us on our drive up. There are two other fridge-in the guest house and out on the decking. This was a pain going in and out as we cook a lot on vacation. That’s one of the things we all enjoy so we spend LOTS of time in the kitchen. Upon arrival, the pool was noted as quite dirty. After looking closer, there was lots of firework debris and the Polaris didn’t appear to be doing its job of cleaning. One inside and unloading, one of my daughters and her husband found a dirty bathroom and bedding that was not clean (lots of human hair). She stripped and bed and washed the linens and cleaned the bathroom. I did let the owner know about the dirty bathroom and dirty bed linens and the dirty pool. He did respond quickly and stated that the pool company and cleaning company would be out on the next day which was Monday. Monday morning arrived. A man from the pool company was looking at the pool equipment. Literally all he did was pull the robot cleaner from the pool and put it on the deck. He left. Mind you the pool was never cleaned-ever. I told owner to cancel the cleaners. He said he would. But they still came. Told them we were fine but they entered the house on the side without knockg. Limited but mor
