"The most perfect property in every single way. House is huge, very modern and super comfortable.Very close to local shops and restaurants and not far from downtown Houston. We were using the property for a friend's wedding but, it equally would have been perfect as a base for sightseeing.Eric is also a fantastic host. Don't think I waited any longer that 20 minutes for a response to questions. Check-in was really easy, in fact the full experience was.Thank you. "

"Clean and modern. Nice overall. The only downsides were the walls are super thin so you hear every word the neighbors say, no TVs in the bedrooms and the gate opens inward as you leave the property "

"The host was fine. The unit was not as described. Here are all the issues. 1. Every time we left the property we ended up having to send a message to get back in because gate access kept expiring after 1 use. 2. There was minimal cooking essentials. No mixing bowl damaged small fying pans. 3. Water pressure was bad and most water for a shower was coming out of the tub spout. 4. Bed is worn and you can see the indents, I ended on the couch and my husband slept across the foot of the bed. 5. Wifi...

"Oferecem shuttle com horário agendado, você se programa pra tomar o café da manhã 20 minutos antes, o motorista chega 15 minutos antes e fala que não vai te esperar comer e já vai indo embora com a van (você deve adivinhar que ele não vai sair de fato no horário agendado). O aeroporto fica a 5 minutos de distância mas ele leva 30 minutos pra chegar lá porque passa em outros hotéis e vários terminais (leve isso em consideração).
