"All the Reception staff were very friendly and helpful to me, an interstate visitor The room and bathroom was large and clean and the big surprise was the Nespresso coffee machine I would definitely stay here again should I find myself visiting Townsville in the future"

"Staff provide a professional and friendly service when we engaged with them at both reception and at the restaurant/bar. The only comment is that the bed matress is a little past its used by date and provides little support. Other than that, everything else about our stay was great. Thabk you."
