"I was upgraded to a harbour view room in building one from a car park view - so that was very grateful. But I more looked at an overgrown tree that obscured any Harbour view. The first door in building one to my door was humid and wet. Rusty stain running down the door on the inside. Tried to tell me we didn’t check in but had all the details on my phone, said her internet was playing up. Found the whole process a little disturbing. Where is the backup from stayz where we booked through. This property should be taken off the rental market as I feel we are a cash train and no way to get our money back.
