The location is truly prime, in the heart of Salento: about 30 km from Lecce, the Baroque city par excellence; 15 km from the elegant charm of Otranto; 25 km from the beautiful and lively Gallipoli; and 40 km from Leuca, the southeasternmost tip of the ?Heel of Italy.?
 
Parking is paid or requires a 60-minute parking disc on Piazza Dante Alighieri, and free on Via Cesare Battisti.

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
