Torre da Bora - Luxury & Noble Medieval Tower

The Torre Da Bora is a panoramic tower, which dates back to the XIV century, from its top terrace, it offers a breathtaking 360 degrees view over the Sibillini mountains, Laga National Park and the Adriatic Sea.
The tower is located in the medieval hilltop village of Magliano di Tenna, a few km away from the Adriatic coast and from the city of Fermo.

The venue has been so finely restored that has also been featured by the Italian Castles Association. In particular, in 2002 the Italian Institute of Castles, in its recommendation of Le Marche Section, has decided to confer to the Torre da Bora the Institute's Recognition Plaque as the best restoration of fortified works in Italy.
The venue which also includes a portion of the ancient castle, is composed as follows:
At the 1st floor you can find an entrance with staircase, internal well, cellar, a living room and a kitchen that opens up to a balcony with a majestic view overlooking the Sibillini mountains;
On 2nd floor there is a double bedroom (twinable) with private bathroom and two closets and wardrobe;
On the 3rd floor, located inside the tower, there are: a study, a spacious dining room, another kitchen, a second living room, a second double bedroom (twinable) with bathroom;
On the 4th floor, the highest point in the tower, there is a large living room and a stairway which leads up to the panoramic terrace to the top of the tower.

The entire apartment will be for your private and exclusive use.

Magliano di Tenna is a village which keeps all the typical medieval town characteristics: the boundary wall, the towers, and the block of houses facing the quiet alleys. We suggest stopping just before the boundary wall, in front of the panoramic viewpoint in piazzale Fidanza. Walking up the ramp you get into the village main square: on the left there is the Church of St Gregory the Great, and in the ancient tower, recently restored, the new Museum of Rural Life. Then, through a typical alley you can reach the Torre da Bora on the north-west side, the ancient castle entrance.
Leaving the Castle and moving towards the provincial road you arrive at the Church of Mary of the Graces. In town you can find the Church of St. Philip that replaces an ancient fortress.
In town, at walking distance from La Torre da Bora, you can also find a typical local restaurant and a bar to have breakfast at.

Our staff will not be at the venue during your stay but we will be available 24/7 non the less. We can provide you with advice and suggestions for the organization of activities and experiences that only a local like us can be aware of.

The Tower can easily be reached by car from Porto San Giorgio or Fermo. In case of need we can provide transfer with a professional private driver.
