"Leslie, the home owner, was easy to communicate with. She was pleasant and highly accommodating. We traveled for a conference and enjoyed a little respite in her cabin. I enjoyed how it was close to town, but secluded with only a couple other properties in the same corner. The cabin was like home and the hot tub was an oasis after long days. We did not have any issues during our stay and would gladly stay at Leslie’s property again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Rushing Bear. The gated porch and side yard were perfect for our dog to be with us. The cabin is very clean and accommodating. The owner is very responsive to all communication. We were pleasantly surprised to find an actual bedroom upstairs since there isn't one pictured. "We stayed here for the Maggie valley hillbilly jam. The house was cozy just like the pictures. The host was wonderful to work with. The refrigerator was not cooling or freezing appropriately when we got there and she was very quick to come check it out and bring in another small one for us. Just a couple of things to consider… like I said I have no complaints what so ever just something’s that caught my eye but nothing that would make me not stay here again! - the beds are SUPER soft… I think...

"My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Cozy Couples Cabin at Twin Brook in Maggie Valley in June, 2025. The temperature at the cabin was 10 degrees cooler than in town. There were rockers on the front and back porch; also a firepit and stream in the backyard. The host was very accommodating and we definitely recommend Cozy Cabin,"

"I have stayed in the big house with more family and cabin 3 with two of my daughters and a friend. Creek is very relaxing, beautiful grounds. The people who live in cabin 12 were very helpful and friendly. Place is beautiful and close to anything you would want to go or do. Porches over the creek with the rushing water would calm anyone. This is my second year coming and I will definitely be back soon. Would recomend to anyone who needs to relax and unwind."
