Ascend the mountain to your own private Lodge. This brand-new upscale rustic meets modern lodge. Four Master suite with King beds, each with their own bathrooms with rain showers. Private balconies to relax with a cup of coffee, tea, beer or wine at leisure! Gather together around the large table inside or on the large balcony with views and gas fireplace! This property was just completed August 2022, beautifully decorated, sitting at a 4,300 ft. elevation in Gated Smoky Mountain Retreat.

Main Level: The great room has a very open concept with expansive windows in every room of the house. Enjoy the view from the living room with the open sliding windows that lead out to the beautiful, covered deck with gas stone fireplace, gas grill and rocking chairs! Nicely stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, breakfast bar for 3, dining table will sit 10 comfortably and a half bath. Living Room with 75"TV, surround sound in open great room. 2 master king suites on each end with private bathrooms, the first master suite off the living room has a gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. 55" TVS in both rooms.

Upper Level: Loft with two full futon beds, each sleeping 2. 65" TV, Coffee/Bar Station, Two King Bedrooms with full bathrooms each.

As you enter this beautiful 1,000-acre gated community, you will be greeted by cascading streams, a picnic area and large playground, all accessible to our guests.

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain. If hauling a trailer, it can be left at the sales center. No RVS are recommended to travel on the mountain.

4 Night Minimum

June-Dec (Excludes Holidays) $430 nightly/ $2,800 weekly

7 Night Minimum
Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
$460 nightly/ $3,020 weekly
Christmas and New Years: Saturday to Saturday.

$50 Damage Protection Plan.
$65 Reservation Fee (plus tax).
$300 Cleaning Fee
11% tax will be applied to rent.
The Damage Protection of $50 is a required item that will be added to the reservation.
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance will be applied to rent.
