Very nice rental and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at Kick back cabin. The house was very clean had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect and close to down town. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location

Kick back cabin was a perfect place to stay. Very easy check in and great communication for easy booking and checking out. Place was clean and comfy, had everything we needed. Very close to Cherokee and beautiful drive for Mountain View’s. Very quiet area and would recommend staying at Kick back.

Good location to explore Smokey Mountains

Clean, comfortable, log cabin style. Close to many great hikes and Waynesville for brews and bbq. Not a mountain view or a yard, but super convenient location if exploring the area, priced right- and if looking for a place to spread out in the evening and make a few of tour own meals works perfect. Photos are accurate.

Very cute house

This house can accommodate many not only 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but a day bed and a futon on floor for small child ! Couch folds out also ! Had 1 small issue and the property manage and the owner were very easy to work with !! We will stay there again !! Very nice !!

nice cabin in the heart of Maggie Valley

Overall our stay was great! The cabin is nice and clean only complaints are its not very well stocked. There were no pot holders in the kitchen we were provided one trash bad and zero dishwasher pods. The listing says cleaning supplies not provided which did not bother me, but when you rent a house certain things are expected like pot holders trash bags and dish pods to keep the dishes clean!

Great getaway

Kick back cabin is definitely a great getaway spot. Conveniently located 1 minute from town. The only complaint was cleanliness. The toilet wasn’t clean behind toilet seat in downstairs bathroom. And living room walls and ceiling fan are caked in dust. Nothing a super tall ladder and an extended pole duster can’t fix, other than that we would absolutely stay here again!

That on lower floor had a foam top and it was very uncomfortable. It rolled me and my wife into the center. Fireplace did not work. We did not report it and the microwave was missing its turntable plate. Other than that the cabin was awesome.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is in a great location. It is easy to access. Beautiful cabin, but needs to be cleaned better. There are lots of cobwebs and dust all over. The floors don’t look to have been swept or mopped in a while. There are crumbs and dirt all in between the couch cushions. The couch cushions are dirty and smell. The shower liner is filthy and needs to be replaced. Those are really inexpensive and should be replaced frequently. There was no plate for the microwave. The gas fireplace wouldn’t work despite following instructions on paper. I was unable to contact anyone being a holiday week. I did email and never got a reply. There were clean towels, but the bed linens need to be washed. Even the extra ones in the closet weren’t clean. My family cleans cabins for a living and they would have been fired if it ever looked this way. We pay a cleaning fee it should be getting cleaned. The hot water runs out after only one shower. It is unfortunate such a nice cabin isn’t cleaned properly. I didn’t even want to sit on the sofa or feel comfortable laying on the pillows and sheets in the bed.

The cabin was very pretty but the furniture was too soft for us. Some may be ok with it but we need more support as we get older. If the bed and couches were a little firmer, it would've been great! It also shows a recliner but it wasn't there. We didn't sleep well due to the soft bed. There is a keurig which was a lifesaver. The cabin was well stocked with linens, towels, etc. It is right in town so it was super easy to get to the stores and restaurants.
