"Room was filled with light at night. Yes I turned off the lights, but that did I not stop light from coming around the door and around the curtains and blinds. Hence sleep was poor. And no I am not a light sleeper. I am a dark sleeper and a light awaker."

"It was great to arrive at our destination after driving the strong winds & heavy rain during our drive from Allora to Toowoomba. Thankfully we missed the large hail, vision on the road was restricted to low speed. Able to get some cover at Woolworths shopping centre at Drayton & was able to phone our motel to advise that we would be late & our host Lyn gave me some directions."

"I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy...

"I liked the ground floor position for easy access And fiund tge unit very spacious. The bedroom was large with anotger tv and ensuite batgroom. Loved the spar bath a luxury item. Podition close to good Chinese restaurant in close walking distance. Gold Club abd eateries 5 mins away. Staff cheery and I wad pleased I arrived at 2 pm as the empty spaces filled up by 6 pm. Recommend for the above."

"The room appeared not to have been cleaned. The floor was covered in dirt and the sink had grass on it. The blankets supplied in the rooms smelled terribly! It’s a shame, we stayed 3 months ago and had a much better experience then. "

"It was basic but clean .it was in a good location. Nice and quite. Didnt see any staff. We had to ring to get keys and drop off keys in a box when we left. Overall good experience. Just a little weird that the motel was in a shopping complex. A good stay overall. They did clean the rooms and make the bed up everyday."

"Not a good experience booking this property. The property manager didn’t respond to a single message leading up to the stay, so we had no information on the checkin or parking or other questions we had asked. We finally received an automated text message from the property half an hour before checkin time, but still no responses to any questions from the property manager. The apartment was also very dirty in parts, with lots of cobwebs inside showing that it was poorly cleaned. "
