1. check-in to the apartment is from 15:00, check-out is no later than 11:00.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability.
Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence.

3. smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways).
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remotes or parking passes.
8. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. use of illegal internet streaming and sharing services through our internet connection are prohibited. In case of violation, the guest is liable for any legal claims from third parties.
11. booking a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
