"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still...

"Our family gathered for our Christmas vacation in the beautiful Lanna Hill House. The peaceful, country setting with attentive staff ensured a lovely visit. I'd highly recommend adding some of the extras - airport pickup, chef prepared meals, and in-house massages. We’ll be back!"
