Huge and sunny architect-designed three bedroom flat in the heart of the city, just a few steps away from the very famous Puerta del Sol. The apartment is located in the FORTH FLOOR with NO elevator of a building declared of cultural interest, with a unique wooden staircase worth the climb, as you'll find yourselves in a welcoming and appealing home that will deserve you several surprises. Tastefully decorated with trendy furniture and 3 balconies facing the street, it's the perfect refuge for a luxury stay in Madrid. The terrace by the roofs is, finally, the icing on the cake.

Guest access

The apartment, furniture and amenities are all new. It has:

*Three bedrooms, two of them in the ground floor of the flat and with queen sized bed (160*200), and the third one, one the roofs, with a smaller double bed (140*190)

*Living room with lots of space and light, including dining table for 6, sofa and sitting space also for 6 and 3 balconies to the street.

*Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat: stove, refrigerator, oven, kettle, toaster, nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and more.

*Laundry area with washing machine (with laundry soap provided!).

* No elevator (it's ground floor + 4)

* Wi-Fi is also available; we know that’s essential! ;)

* Smart TV

* Air conditioning in the living room and the 3 bedrooms.

Top end fresh linen and towels are provided, as well as an iron, hair dryer, etc. We also provide maps and information on Madrid as well as basic kitchen ingredients, such as oil, vinegar, spices, salt, sugar, tea
coffee.

One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided. If more are required, there will be a charge of 10 euros per set.Baby crib available on request, the price is €15 for the entire stayIf you think there is something missing, we'd be happy to have your feedback in order to continue improving the apartment.

Interaction with guests

Upon your arrival, one of us will be there to greet you and provide you with all sorts of information we’ve prepared to make your stay smooth, pleasant and enjoyable. And we're available at any time during your stay for any questions you might have.





SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT(In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty).
