A refurbished apartment Located in the center of Madrid, in a quiet street, very close to “Plaza Tirso de Molina” metro station, restaurants and grocery store. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from all center Madrid attractions like Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Palacio, Santa Ana plaza, La Latina, museums, Mercados and many others attractions.
The apartment is in the 1st floor with elevator, very lighted and can host up for 8 guests - perfect for families🍒couples,🍒and groups🍒

The space
The apartment is 90 sqm (966 sqf), and can house up to 8 guests.
Each room has AC✔heaters✔a cable TV and high-speed WiFi✔
The main bedroom has a very comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a very big and comfortable wardrobe.
The second bedroom has double and very comfortable bed (140x200 cm). The third bedroom has double and very comfortable bed (140x200 cm)
The living room has a sofa that converts into a double bed (140x200 cm) for two more guests.
***The mattress and the pillows are so comfortable (visco-gel) so you can be sure you will sleep well.
There are 2 bathrooms, each with toilet and shower. We will provide you with clean and fresh towels✔, shampoo✔ and body gel✔. Also we provide a hair dryer✔.
Kitchen- we provide many facilities like combi-fridge, oven✔microwave,✔toaster✔stove✔ dish-washer✔coffee machine✔iron✔hair dryer✔ and even storage room for your own service.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with a combi-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The fridge is big and ideal to store the food of 8 people and more.
The living room is very spacious and has a dining table, a big Smart cable TV and separate Bluetooth speaker that you can log-in with your devices and listen to music.
Guest access
Our lovely host will welcome you when you will arrive to the apartment and will give you all the information you need.
The apartment is exceptionally connected through public transport with the airport and train stations. The neighborhood has several parking spots- the most closer is in calle del Dr Cortezo,7 Madrid (350 meters) and one more in calle de la Esperranza 8 Madrid- with competitive prices for those who come by car.
Interaction with guests
We have a guide ready to assist with any issues you might have, and make sure you settle in comfortably. They can instruct you on where you can park your car, how to reach the apartment from the airport, and even provide recommendations for the best places to get drinks and tapas.

Neighborhood overview

Located in the historic quarter of Madrid, few minute's walk away from Plaza Mayor, Sol, Ópera, the Royal Palace, the commercial area of Calle Preciados, the iconic Calle de la Gran Vía, the market of San Miguel, and the streets Cava Alta and Cava Baja, streets full of life and gastronomy to enjoy the delicious Spanish "tapas". The Walk of the Arts, which it is home to the three major museums, El Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen is located a 10 minutes nice walk by the historic centre away. On Sundays and holidays you can get to the colorful fleamarket of El Rastro, the biggest and most famous fleamarket in Spain, where you can find antiques, clothing and curiosities. If you are looking for Madrid´s tapas bars, then you must go La Latina area and to the Literary Quarter, both 5 minutes away walking. At La Latina, the streets Cava Alta and Cava Baja are crowded with bars and restaurants, both contemporaries or historics. At the Literary Quarter, the Plaza de Santa Ana is full of bars and terraces where you can enjoy the living colorful atmosphere of Madrid. If later on you want to have a beer or a drink, Huertas street has an impressive offer of pubs.

Getting around

The fastest and comfortable way is by taxi - we provides to our guests this service with Taxi company- we can send you link for booking. The price is around 12-15 euro per person and the journey takes about 25 minutes.



Also Madrid has great public transportation- The Metro stop of Tirso de Molina (line 1)- next to Metro stop Sol (the most commuter train station of the center of Madrid). From the metro station (Tirso de Molina) you walk to south direction- calle Jesus Y Maria is start feom Plaza Tirso de Molina- so you need to go south until you arrive to number 28 (350 meters walking from the metro satation). Puerta de Atocha train station is three Metro stops away of the apartment. Atocha connects by train to most of the places of interest around Madrid, such as Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Toledo, Segovia, and more. The price of the Metro ticket from the airport is 5€, and the journey takes 45 minutes. The price of the airport express bus is also 5€.
