Sinai - 1 bedroom and pool in Salamanca

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Sinai captivates guests with its serene interiors and posh surroundings. Located in Madrid’s Recoletos neighborhood, guests will find plenty to do; be it a stroll along the center’s lush promenade or trying some delectable tapas at any of the traditional Spanish restaurants on offer. Continuing with the theme of enjoyment, Sinai’s community space offers a pool and garden to enjoy on Madrid’s sunny days. Back inside, Sinai continues the upscale ambiance throughout all 70 square meters.

From the very entrance, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom home exudes radiance with floor-to-ceiling mirrors lining the left side of the entryway. Straight ahead, guests will find a spacious, detached bathroom. Sage green tones dot the space and carry into the full-sized, walk-in shower.

Around the corner, the space opens up to a lofty, open-concept living and dining area. Subtle geometric design coats the back walls as a complement to the hand-selected living room furnishings and dedicated workstation on the far wall. Continuing into the space a four-person dining set presents itself under glowing, lantern lighting.

The door to the left of the dining area leads to Sinai’s bedroom. Terracotta hues fill the space and accent the queen-sized bed. Function is a key theme with the minimalistic ceiling fan and built-in closet space to the left.

At the far end of the room back towards the entrance, a pocket door slides open to reveal Sinai’s kitchen. In a cozy space, the kitchen highlights utility with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances included.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
