Located in a vibrant and lively area of the city center, the apartment allows you to immerse yourself in the social life of the downtown area, surrounded by an excellent range of supermarkets and restaurants. The property is equipped to the highest standards: it has an elevator, air conditioning in all rooms, and central heating. To facilitate longer stays, it also includes a washing machine, dryer, and television.

Its location is strategic for transport and leisure, situated just a few minutes' walk from the Ópera metro station and beautiful green lungs (a common Spanish idiom for large urban parks) such as the Campo del Moro or the Parque Atenas. For your total peace of mind, additionally and upon request, we provide a facilities management service during your stay to address any technical issues quickly, as well as an optional professional cleaning and linen change service (bedding and towels), allowing you to enjoy greater comfort according to your needs.

Quiet hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
