Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Grassland meets city in this newly designed modern unique property. From the stores on Calle de Fuencarral to the gardens of Plaza de Olavide, live like a true Madrileño in Madrid's Trafalgar neighborhood. With so much to see and so much to do, make sure you have the perfect home to come back to.

Not only does Lobras feature 4 bedrooms, there are also 4 bathrooms. All rooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated in true grassland fashion. Of the four bedrooms, three have queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms, and the other has a single bed. Two of the larger bedrooms also feature dedicated workstation, perfect for staying on beat while exploring the Spanish capital. All four bathrooms are chic and functional in design with their tiled floors and walk-in showers

The open plan living room and kitchen have light streaming in from the large windows. If it’s too warm to open up the windows, Lobras comes with air conditioning for maximum comfort. The living room has plenty of sitting space and a full entertainment system, perfect for hosting friends and family. The large wooden dining table coupled with the dried grasses bring the grassland theme to life. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking appliances and utensils. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
