With a rustic atmosphere and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various attractions in Lavapies, such as the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía and Museo Nacional del Prado!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room on the main floor features a comfy sofa and a salamander stove for colder days. There's also a balcony to enjoy the city view.

The kitchenette area is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stovetop and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

On the mezzanine floor, accessible by a wooden stair, is a bedroom with a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that there is no elevator in this building.

Located just south of central Madrid and only a stone's throw from the top sites of the city lies effortlessly cool, multicultural Lavapiés — one of the hippest neighbourhoods in the city.

Colourful murals and art pieces decorate the walls, lively tapas bars spill out onto the sidewalks, and the energy and heart of Madrid's international community is hard to escape.

One of the highlights is the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, which houses an impressive collection of contemporary and modern art, including iconic works by Picasso and Dalí. Art enthusiasts can also explore the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, known for its extensive collection of European masterpieces spanning several centuries.

A culinary haven with a diverse range of restaurants and bars, one of the standout establishments is Malacatín. This renowned restaurant offers traditional Spanish cuisine, particularly famous for its delectable cocido madrileño, a hearty chickpea-based stew. Another gem in the area is Corral de la Morería, a mesmerizing flamenco bar and restaurant where visitors can indulge in exquisite food and captivating live performances.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tube station, Lavapies, is just a 3-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
