Flat with parking in the center of Las Rozas

This cosy and centrally located apartment is situated in the heart of the Madrid municipality of Las Rozas de Madrid.



Our apartment has its own parking space and is in an excellent location, as it is right in the centre, 200m from the Town Hall and the Church of San Miguel.



You will have 24-hour medical assistance with Quirón Salud.



Seasonal rental for non-tourist purposes; online registration and signing of a temporary contract are mandatory.



As can be seen in the photos, our apartment consists of the following spaces:

- A living-dining area equipped with sofa, television and dining table

- An equipped kitchen located in a separate room.

Regarding the sleeping area, this is organised into 2 bedrooms distributed as follows:

* A master bedroom with a double bed.

* A second bedroom with a folding armchair bed.

- a bathroom and a toilet.



Additionally, the apartment has a dedicated work space: a common area with wifi, very suitable for working.



For your convenience when travelling, we have our own parking space that you can use.



It is a warm and welcoming space, well utilised and designed to provide guests with the best stay.



Guests have access to the entire property.



Towels, bed linen and hand soap included.



The property has heating via a radiator system in all rooms with manual control.

There are also two air conditioning units (cooling only) in the living room and in the master bedroom.



Additionally, you will have access to a parking space in an underground car park.

Welcome to Las Rozas!

Located to the northwest of the regional and national capital, Madrid, and on the banks of the A6 motorway, this town offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities.

Among its cultural attractions we find the central Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, right in the centre, and the Plaza de España, the hub of municipal life with buildings such as the town hall and traditional shops.

On the outskirts of the town is where its leisure attractions are located, and Las Rozas not only has typical shopping centres such as CC BurgoCentro, but also, thanks to its proximity to the wealthier municipalities in the region (Majadahonda or Torrelodones to name a few), within its municipal area there are shopping centres such as Gran Plaza 2 or Las Rozas Village, a picturesque open-air shopping centre with trees and the presence of world-renowned shops.
