The check-in process was terrible. The address they provided was slightly incorrect, so map apps couldn't get me directly there. The property management company also gave me an incorrect gate code, an incorrect building code and an incorrect door code. None of them worked, yet the person at the property management company just kept telling me to view their website portal and use the code. It took over an hour for the company to provide a working code. Once inside, the unit was as described. Very basic, but as described. It wasn't sparkling clean, but decently clean.
