There is one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room; the third and fourth guests sleep in the living area. Additional sofa-bed pads are stored in the bed base. LIVING, COOKING AND WASHING The living room has a dining area, with a kitchen and a shower bathroom. The kitchen has a hob, coffee maker and toaster, alongside the equipment visible in the photos. There are air-conditioning units in the bedroom and living room, also used for heating according to the guide. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. PRIVATE SPACE AND CITY SETTING The apartment is private to your booking, while the building entrances are shared. The neighbourhood has shops and visitors; it is an active historic-centre setting rather than a secluded location. EXPLORING MADRID Plaza Mayor, La Latina and Madrid de los Austrias are useful reference points for a walking itinerary. Combine walking with public transport or taxis for other districts.
