GETTING AROUND

All the center is walking distance, but you can also get around by public transport.

Metro: Tribunal line 1 and 10 is 100 m from the flat, Noviciado line 2 is 5 minutes from the flat and Bilbao line 1 and 4 is 7 minutes from the flat.
To get to the flat:

From the Airport:Take line 8 to Nuevos Ministerio and transfer to line 10 to Tribunal and walk 5 minutes to the flat.
From Atocha station: Take line 1 at Atocha to Tribunal and walk to the flat, which is about 3 minutes away.
From Chamartín station: Take line 1 at Chamartín station and get off at Tribunal, walk 200 m to the flat.
If you are coming by car, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to go and where to park.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
This accommodation is not suitable for parties or similar events.
To access the flat you will need a smartphone with an internet connection.
The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
Please note that if the day of your arrival coincides with the day you have made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the flat will be ready for your check-in before 17:30.
