The market is centered around Ribera de Curtidores, a steep street lined with hundreds of stalls selling all sorts of goods—from potato peelers to furniture, movies, second-hand clothing, or electrical outlets.

You’re in central Madrid, exceptionally well-connected for getting around the city with ease.

Take Line 8toward Nuevos Ministerios, transfer to Line 6toward Laguna.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
