THE AREA

HOW TO GET THERE
From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and transfer there to Line 6 towards Lucero. Get off at Cuatro Caminos station and transfer to Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Menéndez Pelayo station and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Menéndez Pelayo station and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Menéndez Pelayo station and walk to the provided address.

If you come by car, please check the Madrid City Council website for information on traffic regulations and parking.

GETTING AROUND
The closest metro stations (both 3 minutes from the apartment) are Menéndez Pelayo (Line 1) and Pacífico (Lines 1 and 10).

There are also numerous bus lines you can take from stops right next to the apartment.





TO CONSIDER

-Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host in advance.Tenants must present valid identification and a credit card upon check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.

-A smartphone with internet access is required to access the apartment.

-The tenant must sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original terms of your reservation and specifies the rental period, stating that the rental is not for indefinite occupation or use as a permanent residence, as well as including the tenant’s official address, registration address, and reason for renting.

-Please note that if your arrival date coincides with the day you make your reservation, we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.
