The apartment features a living area with a sofa and TV where tenants can relax and watch a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and fully equipped to make meal preparation easy. The full bathroom has a shower with a glass screen.

Regarding the bedrooms, there are two rooms with double beds (135x190 cm). It is important to mention that one of the bedrooms does not have a window, but both have heating through electric radiators to keep a comfortable environment. The hot water is provided by an 80-liter electric water heater, so tenants should be aware that it may run out and need time to recharge.

HOW TO MOVE

This small and cozy 55m2 apartment is located in the Delicias neighborhood in Madrid, just 4 minutes walk from the Delicias Cercanías station and about 20 minutes walk from the Atocha Train Station.

In addition, the apartment is located between several Metro stops: Delicias (400m), Embajadores (750m) and Palos de la Frontera (450m).



AREA

The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and you can find different terraces where you can have a drink and relax. You will have several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Also, if you are going to travel by train from the Atocha station, you can walk directly.The Atocha station is a 2-minute walk away, the Arte metro station is a few minutes away on foot.



IMPORTANT NOTES:



-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
