Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Casoria, a charming beach-themed apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Trafalgar. Enjoy the sun and some sangria at Plaza de Olavide or explore the tapas restaurants and hip clubs of this lively neighborhood. With its spacious layout, delightful design, and convenient amenities, Casoria is the perfect place to come home to after a day spent exploring.

Spanning across 90 square meters, Casoria provides ample space for you and your fellow guests to relax and unwind. The apartment features three inviting bedrooms; two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the third bedroom offers a cozy single bed. One of the queen-size bedrooms also boasts an ensuite bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience. The second detached bathroom is modern and fitted with a walk in shower.

The living room’s relaxing coastal palette and open design is done with your comfort in mind. It features a cozy sitting area where you can relax and socialize with friends or family. A dedicated workstation is available for those who need to catch up on work or stay connected. The dining table offers a pleasant space to enjoy meals together or engage in lively conversations. Step outside from the living room and onto the terrace, where you can soak up the fresh air and enjoy the outdoors. The outdoor table provides a lovely setting for al fresco dining or simply unwinding with a cup of coffee or a refreshing drink.

The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a home-cooked dinner, this kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, Casoria is equipped with air conditioning, providing a cool and refreshing environment, especially during warm summer days. Additionally, a doorman is available to assist you and ensure a secure and pleasant stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
