Surrounded by cinemas, theatres, shops, restaurants and the city's main tourist attractions, it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy Madrid to the fullest.

External, practical and functional apartment of 38 m2 ideal for up to 4 people and fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay.



It is situated on the first floor of the building and does not have a lift.



The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, each one has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, space to store your belongings, television and electric radiator. The external bedroom has air conditioning with hot/cold split system.



You have a modern bathroom with shower, bath gel and hairdryer. We have installed an electric hand dryer for greater comfort and hygiene instead of a hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which you can find on the beds.



Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; please use it responsibly for its correct operation.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable clothes rack and iron. You have a space with a dining table.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!
