It’s a comfortable and charming studio that’s also absolutely peaceful and quiet. Ideal for students, IE executives, or anyone who wants to enjoy an afternoon on a terrace with a wonderful view.



Layout and amenities

This apartment features a double bed, a two-seater sofa in the living-dining room, and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub—we’ll provide fresh towels for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic-glass stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as all the supplies and appliances you’ll need to feel right at home during your stay.

It’s a studio perfect for relaxing after a day of work or exploring the streets of Madrid. I’ve left several books that can make your free time enjoyable. I assure you that you’ll enjoy your stay here.

It’s equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Amenities and Common Areas

The entire apartment is available for our guests to enjoy privacy during their stay. It is fully equipped and functional. All you need to do is arrive with your personal belongings and start enjoying your trip.

The nearest Metro stop is Avenida de América (Lines 4, 6, 7, 9), which is a 5-minute walk away

IMPORTANT: If you’re coming by car, please note that the apartment is located within the SER ZONE, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that while you may enter the zone in a private vehicle, you may only park on the street for a maximum of 2 hours. Therefore, if you’re coming by car, you’ll need to use a parking garage during your stay

We’re happy to assist you with any questions via email or phone, especially regarding check-in and check-out times.

We travel a lot, so we’ll help you in any way we can, because we know how difficult it can sometimes be to find your way around a city. We can give you directions and make recommendations. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted in person. Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM until 10:00 PM incur a €35 surcharge, payable by the guest upon key pickup. Check-ins after 10:00 PM until 11:00 PM incur a €75 surcharge to be paid by the guest upon key pickup.

The guest is responsible for the cost of locksmith services in the event of lost keys or keys left inside the property (€150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to the property being unlocked).

Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to penalties imposed by the relevant authorities.

Turn off the lights and the air conditioning before leaving. Please take out the trash every day, paying special attention during the summer months. There are designated trash bins on the street for this purpose.

Please leave the house tidy before you leave. Please treat the house with respect; I expect the best from you. Thank you very much.

In accordance with Spanish law, all guests staying in a vacation rental are required to show their identification (ID card or passport)

The neighborhood is very quiet; there are supermarkets just a few blocks from the apartment

Salamanca is an ideal neighborhood for walking, admiring its beautiful buildings and wide streets, with perfect spots to rest and relax. It features stores from the best brands and a wide variety of dining options; it’s the most luxurious area in Madrid, and the Golden Mile begins on Serrano Street.
