The host, Eitan, was fantastic. He replied immediately and was so helpful. The apartment was perfect for our family of five. Comfortable, clean and well appointed for our needs. I particularly enjoyed the apartment’s location. It could not have been better. Centrally located, it was in a vibrant neighborhood filled with restaurants, shops, and places to grab a drink.

This apartment is a great find. The location is second to none, just off Gran Via. It's very comfortable and Eitan and Milli were on hand immediately to answer any questions that we had. The sitting room is great with 2 sofas and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in this great city. The kitchen is well equipped and with an all-important coffee machine. There is a brunch spot just across the road and a Carrefour Express too. The building is very secure and solid, and we never heard noise from other apartments. We took the Metro everywhere, and the nearest station is only a 3 min walk. I would recommend Eitan and Milli as hosts and this apartment as the perfect place to stay if you are heading to Madrid.

I hope when I return back to Madrid that I will able to stay here again. 5 stars. The apartment and location was great. Only thing I hated were the stairs to bring up and down our bags, but I’ll just count that as a necessary workout. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Very quiet neighborhood at night so you will be able to sleep well after running around all day. The apartment felt like a home away from home. Loved that my room had a/c because my friend didn’t like to sleep in the cold. If you like to shop and explore, this is the place for you. The residents living in the building were also very friendly.

We had a lovely stay in Eitan & Milli's apartment. It was in a great location, easily walkable to the most interesting things to see/do. Our hosts were super-responsive and a pleasure to work with. We'd recommend their apartment to anyone looking to explore Madrid from a comfortable, central location.

We enjoyed the space to spread out while we were in Madrid. Comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated. The street noise is audible at night so white noise or ear plugs might be needed if you’re a light sleeper. Overall would definitely recommend this place as a home base in Madrid!

Great location! Perfect flat!

This flat was more than large enough for three adults. The building's elevator was ideal to have with luggage. Although there is one flight of stairs to reach the door of the flat after getting out of the elevator, it was not a problem. Having one full bathroom with a shower worked fine for us. And, it was great to have an extra powder room (sink & toilet) for getting ready. The beds were very comfortable & with an air conditioning unit in each bedroom, sleeping during a very hot July stay was no problem. There is also an AC unit in the living room which we enjoyed. There is closet & storage space in each bedroom. And space to store our suitcases in the area under the bedroom windows, or in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. We only made coffee & simple breakfasts, so didn't cook while there, but there seemed to be adequate supplies to do so. We bought additional Nespresso pods to use during our stay, although enough for the first morning or two were provided. We used the clothes washer & the drying rack more than we expected. We were very glad to have them. The flat's location was fantastic! There were plenty of good restaurants to choose from, whether across the street or around the corner. Gran Via shopping was around the corner & came in handy. We could easily walk to three Metro stations: Gran Via, Callao & Santo Domingo. Taxis were always in the area when we needed one. Milli is fantastic. She is very responsive. I would choose this flat again!

We had very convenient access to Gran Via, shopping and multiple restaurants minutes away. Comfortable and spacious accommodations. And, there is an elevator if you pack like me!

Highly recommend

The property is in a very unique building with an old- fashioned but reliable elevator. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen could use a decent frying pan and casserole dish but overall we had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent and the owner was wonderful about arranging for us to be met at the airport. We were two couples and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay there.

I had the pleasure of staying in this stunning Madrid flat, and it was an experience I'll cherish. Right from the start, the unique decor struck a chord, creating an atmosphere that felt both exotic and homely. The living room, with its vibrant cushions and comfortable sofas, was the perfect spot to unwind, catch up on some TV, or reminisce about our Madrid adventures. The open-plan kitchen was a dream for us. Equipped with everything from an oven to a Nespresso machine, it had all we needed and more. The tropical-themed dining area, complete with a palm tree, added a special touch to our meal times. Sleeping in the master bedroom was like being in a luxury hotel – the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room bathed in natural light. The second bedroom, equally chic and cozy, made us feel right at home with its ample wardrobe space. Having two bathrooms was a game-changer, especially when getting ready in the mornings. Both were well-stocked with fluffy towels and quality toiletries, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The cleanliness and professional upkeep of the property were evident, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. The host and their colleague Milli were fantastic – welcoming, helpful, and always available for any queries. The location of this apartment is a true highlight.
