The first bedroom has two separate single beds arranged in a bunk-style configuration, ideal for two guests who prefer not to share a bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a built-in closet. The sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates one or two additional guests, for a total of six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop and a fridge/freezer, for those who prefer to cook between visits or on race days. There is one bathroom (not en suite), with a bathtub and shower. Access is on the first floor—no stairs upon arrival, making it convenient for luggage.
