"Newly renovated property very close to UGA. Quiet condo/apartment complex with plenty of parking. Nice, new, quality linens and bed cloths. Beds were new and comfortable. Everything is very clean. Manager is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend. "

"This property is perfect! Amazing location. Quiet and relaxing. Right on the water and close to EVERYTHING (including the Ritz Carlton and the best oysters we’ve had in a long time at the Silver Moon). Even better than the most comfortable beds and ambiance in the condo is the host. My brother accidentally left his diabetic supplies behind, and the owners went out of their way to go back to the condo immediately after being notified and shipped the supplies back to us. Totally above and beyond...

"Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it."
