"Great place close to Madison and Geneva on the lake. We enjoyed bike riding at the Lodge, William Vincent Winery for cocktails and appetizers on the water, and the calm of Madison outside the strip. House was great for dogs, fenced in yard, the fire pit was nice as was the outside furniture. My only suggestion would be to put a table and chair set outside to have dinner in the summer due to just the stools and small bar table in the kitchen. "We were in town for a wedding that I was in, and Ben was very accommodating. He allowed us to have an early check in, so that my husband and kids had somewhere to be all day while I was at the venue getting ready. We had everything we needed and more. The price was very good compared to other places, even hotels. If we are ever back in this area, we would definitely stay again. "

"Lesa was a very responsive host throughout our stay. Prior to arrival, she provided useful information about the area and dining recommendations which was much appreciated. The home itself was very nice and whenever we had questions she responded promptly. Unfortunately we experienced several issues during our stay. "The location and the house itself is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC…The walk to the water has a steep incline (difficult for older people). The picnic table, located closer to the water, had weeds growing up through, and around it. One of the rockers on the main deck was broken, as was the table umbrella. There was, (what appeared to be) two different blink cameras aimed toward the sitting area…Didn’t like the idea of being watched while lounging on the deck. Cell service was spotty...
