"Na primeira noite o aquecimento do quarto principal não estava muito bom. Falamos com a recepção, apesar de ser Natal, dia 25, foram ao quarto e resolveram o problema. O quarto era grande. Tinha uma sala grande, uma cozinha, dois banheiros e um quarto grande. O hotel ficava no alto e tínhamos a visão da cidade. Como nevou muito, a vista era muito bonita."

"Property itself was really nice and clean. Loved the Safeway right across the street. Only bad thing was the ladies that were at the front desk were not really letting us know anything, and had to ask them for basic information. I would have loved to know since the beginning, that part of the property was under construction which also meant that some of the amenities were not available."

"Just like it says, this is a magnificent mountain retreat. We stayed up there over Labor day weekend. There were 28 of us. The two homes fit our family perfectly. Both homes boasted a large kitchen that was perfect for feeding our large group. Great views. Hot tubs were great for the evenings. Plenty of space in both units. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back! Management was great as well and communicated thoroughly."

"Spacious well set up condo. Everything you need to make your vacation feel like home. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. A short walk to the whitehorse gondola that takes you directly to the steam boat village and gondola. Free shuttle was variable to take you anywhere in the steamboat area. Could not be more pleased."

"Unit was clean and well furnished and kitchen well stocked. Coffee maker was not functioning because pot top was incompatible with coffeemaker preventing flow of coffee from maker into pot. Can opener old and difficult to use. Door not flush with doorjam can see thu and cold air flows through. Door lock combo difficult to use upon arrival. "Pros: 5 adults stayed over Memorial Day weekend and we enjoyed spending time in the kitchen space and deck. Owners were very responsive and made the stay comfortable. Had plenty of cups, towels and other necessities for the weekend Cons: There were dead flies around the bedroom window sills and some mold. King size bed is pretty worn in and dips in on each side. "Cute chalet with awesome views in quiet neighborhood. There was surprisingly more room than what we had anticipated with sleeping accommodations on the 3rd floor and lower level. I loved taking a morning walk with the view of Steamboat Village and Sleeping Giant in the background. Even saw a moose the first day!"

"This is a gorgeous vacation home both inside and out. It had everything we wanted and more. Our party consisted of 10 adults, 2 children and all of our dogs. Deb is very accommodating and gracious. She took the time to enlighten us on the area and the work that is being done there for animal and fowl rehabilitation. We will definitely be returning."
